The tools expert isresponsible for ITO Managed Service OSS tools design and integration betweenITSM&CMDB tool, monitoring tool, automation tools in Telecom domain. In theOSS solution design, tools expert are required to define the process,relationship, scope and data flow and have in-depth insight into the systemdesign, functionality and mechanism of ITSM,CMDB, monitoring and automationtools such as:

• Define the process flow between ITSM tools and     Automation tools.
  
• Define the interface between monitoring tools     and ITSM tools.
  
• Define the interaction between ITSM, CMDB,     monitoring and automation tools base on the functions required.
  

Output:

• Integral integration solution design
  
• Detailed integration solution design
  
• Interface definition between tools
  

Requirements

• 8 years experience in integration of between     ITSM tool, CMDB and monitoring tool in Telecom domain.  ( BMC or HP )
  
• Able to design the functions between ITSM     tool, CMDB and monitoring tools.  Able to descript each function in     details with data/process flow.
  
• Able to coordinate with Monitoring tools     solution team and 3rd party provider ( BMC or HP ) to finalize the     solution.
  
• Able to design test case for ITSM tool, CMDB     and monitoring tool.
  
• Able to carry out acceptance test when     integration is done.
  
• Understanding the importance of CMDB during     the integration.  CMDB design and implementation experience is a     must.
  
• Able to design relationship model of     monitoring KPI in CMDB.
  
• Experience in BSS and Business Process is an     advantage.
