Job Description

1. Conduct ITIL-based process definition/design/ documentation/ gap analysis/ product planning.

2. Serves as an ITIL Subject Matter Expert;provides guidance on ITIL-based process design and implementation.

3. Coordinates with the technical team withthe atomization of the processes and the tools implementation.

4. Provides advises on IT operationalprocesses improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong understanding and proven experiencein ITIL/ITSM.

2. Capable of providing consulting andtraining services on IT Service Management and/or Processes at anenterprise-level.

3. Strong interpersonal communication skill,able to communicate with mid-to-high management people.

4. Able to working under pressure.

5. ITIL v2 and v3 Foundations certificationas a minimum, ITIL v2 or v3 (Masters) are beneficial.

6. Experience in BPMN (Business Process Modeland Notation)

Working Experience Requirements

1. 10+ years working experience, 3+ yearsexperience in consulting service, at least worked in 3~5 ITSM ConsultingService Projects.

2. Proven experience in ITSM products,experience of Remedy ITSM and HP Service Manger is preferred.
