3.CRMapplicationfunctionaldomainexpertiseinatleasttwoofthefollowing:Sales,FieldService,CustomerService,Marketing,Loyalty,ContactCenter,etc.
4.Above6yearsworkexperience,withmorethan4yearsofhands-onCRMConsultingorSiebelbusinessanalysisandconfigurationexperiences.
5.Solidconsultingskills;businessacumenandabilitytointegratebusinessandtechnology.
6.Exposuretomulti-nationalcultures,fluentEnglishwritingandspeakingpreferred.
7.SolidindustryknowledgeandexperienceinTelecom,Pharmacy,Insurance,BankingorManufacturing
