职位职能: 专业顾问 | 职位描述:
Purpose of Position
To meet training or project delivery target, maintain sound relationship with clients to enhance customers’ loyalty.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
?Deliver internal and external ICT related projects or training to an agreed service level
?Support sale on an ad hoc basis by translating technical requirement from clients into business opportunities or solutions.
?Explore and evaluate customers’ needs and customize the course to meet or exceed customer expectations
?Collect and update Head of ICT Excellent Centre market intelligence.
?Provide constructive feedback about our service or offerings when needed.
?Follow training or project process, plans, and agenda
?Develop proposals or customize trainings to meet clients’ needs
?Complete assigned training and to deliver new training products and services
?Keep learning and identify self development needs on an on-going basis
Candidate specifications
?Min bachelor degree with at least 10 years working experience in the field of ICT related aspect. ICT management experience is a plus!
?Familiar with at least two fields of the following specifications: ISO27001, ISO20000, ITIL, ISO22301, COBIT. ISO20000 and ITIL have highest priority.
?ICT related qualified tutor, auditor or consultant is highly preferred.
?Good facilitation skills with great business acumen
?Good at making training proposals.
?Be comfortable in a strong service environment, with excellent interpersonal and written and general communication skills
?Effectively persuade and influence others
?Able to develop training courses and materials
?Self-motivated, independent with effective execution power
?Team spirit
?Willing to share and coach
?Sense of urgency for goal achievement
?Inspired and influenced
?Persuasive “selling” style
?Strong commitment to result
?Travel frequently within China
?Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
?Fluent oral English.

?Annual delivery days - 130 – 150 days
?Customer satisfaction rate more than 4.5
?Timing and high quality delivery
?New course development or new solutions
?Bring in repeatable business
