任职资格的具体描述：1. 5~~7 years IT projects delivery experience.2. Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of IT optimization related solution and methodology.3. Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of Middleware (WebSphere, Webloigc etc.) and Database (DB2, Oracle, etc.).4. Preferably have experience of popular Server/Storage/SAN product.5. Preferably have experience of virtualization technology(Power VM, VMWare, Xen etc.).6. Preferably have experience of application design and performance tuning.7. Good working attitude and communication skill.8. Team player.9. Fluent English in writing and oral.
