任职资格的具体描述：1.        5~~7 years IT projects delivery experience.2. Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of server/storage related solution and methodology.3. Preferably have experience of virtualization technology(Power VM, VMWare, Xen etc.).4. Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of IBM entry to enterprise level pSeries servers and storage products, HP, SUN or EMC related skill is also required.5. Preferably have experience of popular Storage/SAN product.6. Preferably have experience of popular database such as Oracle or DB2.7. Good working attitude and communication skill.8. Team player.9. Fluent English in writing and oral.
