Job Purpose: 职位目的	As part of Saint-Gobain AsiaPacific General Delegation IT team in charge of the support of Saint-Gobain businesses in terms of IT infrastructure, the job holder shall be responsible to coordinate activities/projects that are related to Personal Computer (PC) solutions. This may include some shared infrastructure platforms affecting all Saint-Gobain companies in the region. The job holder should not only maintain a high level of standard compliance in the region through coaching, auditing and reporting, but also take part to Saint-Gobain IT Infrastructure projects in relation to new services to be rolled-out.
Key Accountabilities: 主要职责	1. Lead all PC solution evolution and manage related infrastructure platforms, such as Distribution & Patching, Application Packaging 2. Support different IT User Support helpdesk in the region in terms of PC hardware, master and standard applications solutions; ensure compliance to SG Group standards 3. Lead and implement PC solution project and infrastructure projects in a timely manner, on budget, and coordinate region-wide initiatives to achieve successful infrastructure changes 4. Participate into the evolution/implementation of core regional infrastructure 5. Provide consultation and/or develop solutions related to infrastructure needs in the region
Qualification Requirements： 任职要求	* Typical Education Level教育背景: ü Degree in computer science or related discipline ü Fluent in both written and spoken English, preferably passed CET Band 6 * Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能: ü 5+ years working experience and very good knowledge of PC hardware, Windows Operating Systems, Anti-virus, Server, LAN; Hands-on Windows 7 & Office 2010 platform are required ü Hands-on experiences on Windows SMS 2003/SCCM 2007 platforms are required. Experience on MOM 2005/SCOM 2007 is a plus. ü Excellent hands-on Project Management proven experience; IT User support and training is a plus. * Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质 ü Highly motivated, organized, and ability to manage multi-tasks ü Excellent communication skills, user focus, analytical skills and self-starter ü Good ability/potential for managing teams across a multi-cultural environment
Key Relationship: 主要工作关系	* Internal对内: ü Interact with Infrastructure Experts in Europe and User IT Helpdesk across AsiaPacific ü Cooperation with IT Managers of other Saint-Gobain companies. * External对外: ü Coordinate wit Seek for expertise from different vendors

International Dimension & Business Size: 职位范围	Work closely with Saint-Gobain business IT in AsiaPacific with a presence of more than 100 locations and more than 6500 PC users.
