KeyResponsibilities:Thisisahands-onTeamLead/ProjectManagerrole.Theidealcandidatewouldbeadeptatunderstandingcustomer'sbusinesschallengesanddefineappropriateanalyticsapproachtosolve.Thisrolewouldbemanagingateamandco-ordinatewithotherteamsonadaytodaybasistoexecutealldeliverables.
Managedaytodeliveryactivitiesandguideteaminexecutinganalyticsprojectsanalyzinglargevolumesofdata.
Study,cleandataandrecommendactionablerootcausesofissues.
Write/modifyexistingSQLqueriesandpulldatafrommultiplesourcesandthenapplyappropriateanalyticstechniquestoexecuteanalysis.
BeresponsibleforcreatingPresentation,reports,dashboardsetctopresenttheanalysisfindingstotheendclient.
Thisrolerequiresexcellentcommunicationskills.Additionallyshouldpossesstheabilitytoconfidentlysocializebusinessrecommendationsandenablecustomerorganizationtoexecutesuchrecommendations.

Inaddition,you'llhelpcreateandmanageapplicationsolutionswithafocusonbuildingandmanagingaportfolioofbusinessapplications(andnottechnologyinfrastructure).You'llengageintraditionalfull-scopeoutsourcingcontractsthatmanagethecreationandmaintenanceofaclient'sapplicationportfolio-orinspecificapplicationdevelopmentprojectsandstand-aloneconsultingengagementsforapplicationdevelopmentofexistingornewapplications.IBMclientteamswilllooktoyouforguidanceasanexpertadvisor.

RequiredExpertise
Shouldhaveexperienceindeliveringanalyticsprojectacrossdomains(includingRetail,CPG,Ecommerce,Media,FSIetc)
ShouldhavestrongknowledgeofRegressionModeling(includingLinearandLogistic),CustomerSegmentation,Clustering,Statisticaltests,Networkanalysisetc.
ExperiencewithMachinelearningtechniqueswillbeaddedadvantage
Thecandidateshouldhavehandsonexperiencewiththefollowing:R,SAS&SQL
StrongknowledgeofAdvancedAnalyticsDeliveryManagementprocesses,tools,onsite-offshoreengagementmodel.
ProvenexperienceofusinglargedataforprovidingAnalyticssolutions.
Shouldhaveexperienceinmanaginganalyticsprojectend-to-endandinterfacingwithclientstodeliverinsightsandrecommendation.
PreferredExpertise
Shouldpossessaboveparcommunicationandpresentationskillsandbeabletowriteinsightsfromanalysisfindingswhichinturncanbeeffectivelycommunicatedtothecustomer.
Musthavetheprovenabilityofdeliveringatleast2topqualityprojects/businessanalysisinhighpressuresituationsontime.
