1)       JD for WebSphere Expert

Responsibilities:

·       Day to day administration and support of middleware application infrastructure

·       Installing, configuring and upgrading web, middleware and application server software and support tools

·       Proactively manage and maintain web server, middleware and application server to ensure availability, performance and integrity of SOA environments

·       Troubleshooting middleware infrastructure issues

·       Security compliance responsibilities on middleware platforms

·       Provide technical advice for capacity and software maintenance planning

·       Achievement of SLA objectives for critical applications

·       Achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualification:

·       Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering

·       5+ years experience in technical or operation support associated with web middlewares

·       Experience in managing large J2EE applications and IBM products, i.e.  Websphere, MQ

·       Hands-on experience in analyzing performance data, system logs and application dumps

·       Hands-on experience with diagnosing JVM performance and tuning

·       Good problem determination and troubleshooting skills

·       Solid hands on experience in OS platform support such as Windows and Linux is a plus

·       Java programming experience is a plus

·       Experienced in designing and architecting middleware solutions, preferably in one or more major application suites like WebSphere,  WebLogic, JBoss, etc is a plus

2)       JD for Infra Architecture, DB Expert

Responsibilities:

Accountable and responsible for Infra/DB Architecture - IT infrastructure and architecture design, solution delivery, implementation and project management. Ensure infrastructure system scalability, capacity to be sustainable. 3rd party vendor to conduct best customer experience

l  Provide IT infrastructure and architecture design, solution delivery, implementation.  (35%)

l  Provide infrastructure capacity planning, configuration management and change management. (25%)

l  Provide project support in infra relative project, in charge of infrastructure design, implementation etc technical expert services. (15%)

l  Report progress and problems to management; （15%）

l  Assist Technical Service Manager to complete defined tasks assigned. (10%)

Qualification:

l  5+ years related experience in technical support area

l  Design and Practical experience on below 3+ technology. including Windows Server 2003/Active Directory related, Sun Solaris or SUSE Linux, AS400, VMware virtulization, Websphere Server/MQ Series technology etc. For DBA, in-deep experience on one of DB, SQL, Oracle, AS400-DB2 et. Prefered to have experience on one or two of below: HP BAC and Sitescope, CA Autosys server, Remedy service support etc.

l  Knowledge and practice of ITIL

l  Knowledge and practice of Project management

l  Proven ability to meet deadlines/successful completion of deliverables

l  University graduate or above in computer science, communication,   automation or equivalent

l  Good English communication skill (both oral and written) is a must
