Key areas of responsibility:
Applies knowledge of infrastructure technologies to meet business and project needs. Ensures appropriate availability and reliability of network components (e.g., software, hardware, infrastructure, services).
1.Manage global/local infrastructure projects
2.Lead innovation solutions to optimize IT infrastructure setup
3.Lead technical design of IT project/system release
Main job tasks:
•Manage global/local infrastructure projects
-Implements multiple solutions which fully meet the global/local infrastructure requirements within specified timelines and budget
-Collaborates internally and externally with multiple partners to deliver quality solutions to the Novo Nordisk businesses
-Follows IT best practices methodologies (e.g., ITIL, CoBIT), GISP (Global IT Standardization Project), and SOPs
-Manage NNIT to provide ongoing support for the system after implementation ensure the continued effective operation, availability and reliability of applications and/or systems
•Lead innovation solutions to optimize IT infrastructure setup
oDemonstrates an understanding of technological trends/best practices and uses this knowledge to introduce infrastructure solutions that meet the requirements of the business and can be leveraged for future growth
oResearches and evaluates new hardware and software technologies to meet changing organizational needs and increase efficiency and effectiveness
oPlans, develops, and implements an adaptive infrastructure including network hardware, operation systems, and applications
•Lead technical design of IT project/system release
-Participate IT project and in charge of technical design including contract negotiation with vendors
•Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-5 years of experience in a Microsoft based support and server environment
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field strongly preferred
-Experience with Server Virtualization and SAN technologies
-Ability to develop/lead projects which improve efficiency of existing technology services and improves uptime while decreasing costs.
-Must possess a strong analytical, communication and critical analysis mindset
-Ability to manage and execute several projects and competing priorities within project deadlines
-Fluency in both written & spoken English
Education:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Major on computer related
Professional experience:
-5 years of experience in a Microsoft based support and server environment
-3 years experience in IT infrastructure project management
