ProvideadviceandcounseltoHRPartnersandlinemanagersregardingtheapplicationofpolicyandprocedurefromanhistorical,cross-business,andcountryperspective.Applylocallegislationandregulationstocasemanagementandresolution.Executeappropriateinvestigationtechniques,andusegoodjudgementandbalancedconsiderationofallavailablefactsandinformationtodetermineoutcome.WorkincollaborationwithglobalcasemanagersonspecialprojectsorothercommonteamobjectivesRequiredSkill:Atleast8yearsHRexperienceinanHRBusinessPartner,EmployeeRelationsorLegalroleBachelorsdegreeinHumanResources,IndustrialRelationsorLawStrongindividualcontributorEnglish:FluentChinesesimplified:FluentRequiredBachelor'sDegreeEnglish:FluentPreferredMaster'sDegreeabilitytodevelopprocessesandmethodologies.
