[*]Developthescopeofserviceswithinternalauditandexecutiveclientmanagement;guidetheteaminthedevelopmentofcost-effectiveandpracticalrecommendationsforimprovement;provideguidanceoncomplexauditmattersandmonitorengagementeconomics.
[*]Developandmaintainproductiveworkingrelationshipswithclientmanagementandacommitmenttoclientsatisfaction.Understandtheclient'sindustryandrecognizekeyperformancedrivers.
[*]ParticipateinthecareerandperformancedevelopmentoftheBRSpracticebyservingasacareercounselor,trainingnewstaffandprovidingtimelyandspecificperformancefeedback.
[*]Utilizetechnologyandtoolstocontinuallylearnandinnovate,shareknowledgewithteammembersandenhanceservicedelivery.Leverageideasfromotherprojectengagementstoenhanceknowledgeandcreateefficiency.

Responsibilities
[*]RecognizeduniversityBachelororMastersDegreewithaminimumof2yearsrelatedexperienceforSeniors,5yearsforManagersand8yearsforSeniorManagerspreferablywithconsultationexperienceininternalcontrols,enterpriseriskmanagementandbudgetaryprocess;
[*]ProfessionalaccountingqualificationisrequiredforManagersandabove;
[*]Stronginterpersonalandorganizationalskills;
[*]Abletointeracteffectivelywithbothmanagementandclients;
[*]ExcellentcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglish;
TravelwithinAsiaPacificisrequired.
