本帖最后由slbenben于2017-2-410:23编辑StrategyConsultant(ProjectManager-AdvancedAnalytics)JobDescriptionKeyResponsibilities:Thisisahands-onTeamLead/ProjectManagerrole.Theidealcandidatewouldbeadeptatunderstandingcustomer'sbusinesschallengesanddefineappropriateanalyticsapproachtosolve.Thisrolewouldbemanagingateamandco-ordinatewithotherteamsonadaytodaybasistoexecutealldeliverables.Managedaytodeliveryactivitiesandguideteaminexecutinganalyticsprojectsanalyzinglargevolumesofdata.Study,cleandataandrecommendactionablerootcausesofissues.Write/modifyexistingSQLqueriesandpulldatafrommultiplesourcesandthenapplyappropriateanalyticstechniquestoexecuteanalysis.BeresponsibleforcreatingPresentation,reports,dashboardsetctopresenttheanalysisfindingstotheendclient.Thisrolerequiresexcellentcommunicationskills.Additionallyshouldpossesstheabilitytoconfidentlysocializebusinessrecommendationsandenablecustomerorganizationtoexecutesuchrecommendations.
RequiredTechnicalandProfessionalExpertiseShouldhaveexperienceindeliveringanalyticsprojectacrossdomains(includingRetail,CPG,Ecommerce,Media,FSIetc)ShouldhavestrongknowledgeofRegressionModeling(includingLinearandLogistic),CustomerSegmentation,Clustering,Statisticaltests,Networkanalysisetc.ExperiencewithMachinelearningtechniqueswillbeaddedadvantageThecandidateshouldhavehandsonexperiencewiththefollowing:R,SAS&SQLStrongknowledgeofAdvancedAnalyticsDeliveryManagementprocesses,tools,onsite-offshoreengagementmodel.ProvenexperienceofusinglargedataforprovidingAnalyticssolutions.Shouldhaveexperienceinmanaginganalyticsprojectend-to-endandinterfacingwithclientstodeliverinsightsandrecommendation.
PreferredTechnicalandProfessionalExperienceShouldpossessaboveparcommunicationandpresentationskillsandbeabletowriteinsightsfromanalysisfindingswhichinturncanbeeffectivelycommunicatedtothecustomer.Musthavetheprovenabilityofdeliveringatleast2topqualityprojects/businessanalysisinhighpressuresituationsontime.
