Actasthesinglepointofcontactfornominatedinteractionbetweenclientanddeliveryteam
ActasPrimaryContactfortheprojectandperformtherequiredManagementactivitiesincompliancewithagreedstandardsandprocesses.Theseactivitiesincludescopemanagement,costmanagement,timemanagement,etc.
Agreeonrequirements,deliverables,targetdates,costand3rdpartydependencies
ChangeManagementofClientrequirements/scopefortheproject
ManageimpactofchangestotheprojectandPrioritiesonthedeliveryorganization
Reporting&Trackingofprojectprogress
Facilitationandcoordinationoftimelydeliveryofallprojectcomponents,workproductsanddeliverables
Workwithdeliveryorprojectteamtoobtainnayreleasescheduledatarequiredtoassistintheschedulingandmanagementoftheproject.
EscalationofprojectrelatedRAID(RiskActionIssueDependency)itemswhereappropriatetoIBMManagement,Client,deliveryhierarchyand3rdparties
Otherrelatedactivities:
Schedule,chairmeetingsandprepareminutesfromeachmeetingincludingprojectKickoff
ProvideClientrequiredprojectreportingasspecifiedbythePDR(ProjectDefinitionReport)
ProvideIBMinternalprojectstatusreportsasrequiredfortheproject
Overallprojectplanning&scheduling
EstablishtheProjectManagementSystem/methodologywhichwillbeutilizedtocontroltheTransformationprojectandallsubprojectsincludingGovernance,Processes,Controls,Standards,andSpportingToolswhichwillbeutilized
Manage&controltheoverallTransformationprojectincludingcosts,schedule,deliverables,changes,risks,issuesandcommunicationofprogressreportingtotheClient&IBM

Atleast8yearsofworkingexperienceinITindustryincluding3~5yearsinprojectmanagement
