[*]ToupdateTutorManagerandothertrainingstaffaswellinformationaboutthemarket
[*]Toprovideconstructivefeedbackontrainingproductsoffered
[*]Tooperateinaccordancewithtrainingprocessand/oranyplans,projects
[*]TocompletetutortrainingasrequiredbytheTutorManagertodelivernewtrainingproductsandservices
[*]Tomaintainknowledgeofspecialistareasandidentifyselfdevelopmentneedsonanon-goingbasis
[*]Tomaintaintraininganddevelopmentcompetenciesacrossarangeofproductsandservices.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
[*]Atleast4yearsexperiencesintrainingarea.QualifiedTutorofstandardcourseispreferred.
[*]Jobholderneedstodemonstrateabilitytomeetandexceedbusinessobjectives.Thismayhaveincludedcoachingandmentoringskillsaswellasformulationtrainingproposals.
[*]Experienceinmanagementsystemandtrainingexperienceisaplus
[*]Candidatemustbecomfortableinastrongserviceenvironment,withexcellentinterpersonalandwrittenandgeneralcommunicationskills
[*]Highlydevelopedcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoeffectivelypersuadeandinfluenceotherstoachievegoals
[*]Understandingofdevelopmentprocesses,trainingneedsanalysisandtrainingevaluationtechniques
[*]Abilitytodeveloptrainingcoursesandmaterialstomeetspecificaims
[*]Strongfacilitation&presentationskillsarerequired
[*]Self-motivated,independentwitheffectiveexecutionpower
[*]ComputerliterateinWordandPowerPointinparticularaswellasotherpackages
