Keyresponsibilities&accountabilities
[*]UndertakemanagementsystemassessmentsinaccordancewithBSIrequirements.
[*]Establishanddevelopaneffectivepartnership,whichsecuresthecommercialrelationshipandencouragesopportunitiesforbusinessdevelopmentandincreasedclientsatisfactionwithclientsinyourportfolio.
[*]Coachcolleaguesasappropriateespeciallywherethosemembersareinexperiencedassessorsorunfamiliarwithclients'business/technologyandassistintheinductionandcoachingofnewcolleaguesasrequested.
[*]Maintainanddevelopassessmentskillsandtechnicalandmanagementsystemstandardsknowledge.
[*]ActasabrandAmbassadorforBSI.Thismeansactingethically,followingcompanyrulesandpromotingBSIservicestoclientssotheyareabletooptimizebusinessperformanceand“MakeExcellenceaHabit”.
Candidatespecifications
[*]Bachelordegreeorabovewithautomotiveindustriesrelatedmajororanequivalentprofessionalqualificationinarelevantsubjectandhaveacomprehensiveknowledgeofbusinessprocessesandsystems.
[*]IATFISO/TS16949auditorqualificationorCCAAISO9001leadauditorqualificationwith6-yearautomotiveindustryexperienceinpast10years.
[*]Beknowledgeableinautomotivecoretoolsandspecialprocesses(welding,painting,coatingandheattreatment),leanmanufacturingtoolsandtechniques,sixsigma.
[*]Goodverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsandaneyefordetail
[*]Beselfmotivated,flexible,andhaveexcellenttimemanagement/planningskills
[*]Canworkunderpressure
